Yoga
Yoga means Union, in its greatest sense a union of all things, a dissolving of all separation, meeting the divine. But in its more immediate and tangible sense, it is an attempt to find union between body and mind. Yoga is a non-invasive practice that taps into deep body awareness. The physical poses might be help with physical strength and exercise, but what separates yoga from other forms of physical exertion is the emphasis on interiority, by looking inward for outward expression. A practice with me will emphasize structural integrity, blending a variety of yoga practices with my background in anatomy and bodywork to keep you safe while exploring new ways for your body to move.
