I am trained as a Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Hellerwork Practitioner, which means we have the freedom to tailor our sessions in whatever way works for you.
- Hellerwork Session (90-minutes) – $130
- 60 Minute Massage – $ 75
- 90 Minute Massage – $105
- 120 Minute Massage – $130
- Package and Membership Options (AF-Prices’11)
- Individual/Small Group Yoga – $80
I believe that yoga and bodywork are not only incredibly powerful but necessary and should be available to everyone regardless of income, so I do have a sliding scale. If you have a sincere desire, we will work something out.
